Enter the creeper. No, seriously. Kunsel's so good at finding things out about people that it's genuinely unnerving. Not even his closest friends are safe from his snooping ways! Of course, there's a time and a place to use the information he acquires, and being a snoop doesn't mean he's got a big mouth... nevertheless, permissions are in order!
So, without further adieu...
[ i ] Is it alright if Kunsel stalks your character?
(Relevant to those who have personalities or abilities etc. that pique his interest. Stalking won't occur without solid grounds for it, first!)
[ ii ] What things about your character will Kunsel be able to find out from others?
(ie. Is there earth-shattering or mind-bending information in circulation that could potentially alter how you'd like their CR to start out?)
[ iii ] Is there information on the network (past or present) that was not securely locked that Kunsel would be able to access?
(More specifically, is there stuff in circulation you want him to find by digging for whatever reason?)
[ iv ] Will it be acceptable for Kunsel to thread-jack your character's conversations with others?
(I will always ask permission of both the involved parties, have no fear!)
[ v ] Is it alright if Kunsel spams your character's Inbox or leaves them dozens of messages on their network posts?

[ vi ] Will you allow Kunsel to blackmail your character and, similarly, tell others the information he learns?
(Relevant to anyone he doesn't much care for or who somehow manages to get on his bad side...and that's hard to do. But it can be done, so this is a thing I need to ask about!)

vi ) for snape yes. good luck on blackmailing, but if you want to try, go for it. for helen... she won't take blackmailing well and since she keeps so much really close, that might be a case-by-case thing. she doesn't tell people she thinks might go blabbing around, but that's not to say the ones she has told won't!

[ ii ] HM, that's trickier. Susan's told a few people who she is, but they probably wouldn't fess up about it off the bat? He probably wouldn't have a hard time finding out most things about her, though.
[ iii ] Ayup. Feel free to have him know about any post and network conversation she's had. The idea that she might need to lock things from people is one that hasn't even occurred to her. (Also everything is conveniently tagged so looking it up won't be hard if you need to. Or you can just ask me.)
[ iv ] I fully support network thread-jacking. Have at. If they're in the same place and Susan's having a conversation, (and the other player is okay with it) I am also totally down with all other forms of threadjacking.
[ v ] Yes. Yes it is. She will hate it and demand he stop...but yes. Go for it.
[ vi ] I'm not sure if he'll be able to blackmail her about much now that we have someone mouthy who hates her and knows most of the things she'd keep secret, but if something happens in game that she keeps hushed up, dude, go for it. Also, he's welcome to tell anyone anything that he learns about Susan, just like he would be in reality.

*Her relative paranoia may change slightly now that this game has an Assassin she knows and who has a grudge against her.

That Chell is anti-social, untalkative, and sometimes jumps off the roof for kicks. And maybe something about a dimension-bending gun, depending on who he talks to (Easy mode: Find Chell's Mirror)

Basically every post Chell's made. Well, I can't remember if I made locked posts with her, so that's... probably inaccessible, but honestly she does more interesting things unlocked. See: Portal gun demonstrations, roof-jumping, mutant potatoes and lemons.
